Professor of Paediatrics · Paediatric Neurology & Developmental Paediatrics

Prof. Dr. Burak Tatlı is a Professor of Paediatrics specialising in paediatric neurology and developmental paediatrics. He trained at İstanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, completed his paediatrics residency and served as chief resident in paediatric neurology at İstanbul University, and went on to complete sub-specialty training in paediatric neurology and developmental paediatrics. He became an Associate Professor in 2006 and a Professor in 2013, and has been in independent private practice since 2017. He has particular depth in childhood epilepsy and in newborn and fetal neurology, with ongoing work in resistant epilepsy, autism, cerebral palsy and spasticity, migraine and headache, and the early recognition of at-risk infants. He leads an Istanbul-based multidisciplinary team and provides educational reviews for complex paediatric neurology and development cases for families worldwide.

Tuğçe İnce

Paediatric Neurology Specialist

Dr. Tuğçe İnce is a paediatric neurology specialist. She qualified in medicine at İstanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, completed her paediatrics residency at İstanbul University İstanbul Faculty of Medicine, and trained in paediatric neurology at Ege University, passing the European Paediatric Neurology Society (EPNS) examination in 2023. Her paediatrics specialty thesis — on neuromotor maturation in children followed for benign childhood epilepsies — was supervised by Prof. Dr. Burak Tatlı. She has published widely in international peer-reviewed journals on childhood epilepsy, genetic epilepsies, infantile epileptic spasms and autoimmune encephalitis, and is a member of the International Child Neurology Association (ICNA) and the EPNS. She contributes to the team's educational reviews in paediatric epilepsy, neurogenetics and neurodevelopment.

İbrahim Kamer

Paediatrician · Paediatric & Neurogenetic Care

Dr. İbrahim Kamer is a paediatrician with advanced experience in the paediatric care of children who also have neurodevelopmental disorders — managing the wider medical needs (growth, nutrition, infections, gastrointestinal, sleep and respiratory issues) that so often accompany complex neurological conditions. He also has advanced experience in acute and emergency neurological presentations and in stem-cell therapy, and plays a major role in the evaluation and long-term follow-up of children with neurogenetic conditions. Within the team he helps families see the whole clinical picture — how paediatric and neurological findings fit together — and contributes to educational reviews where general-paediatric and neurogenetic perspectives matter most.

Paediatric Physiotherapist · Sensory Integration Therapist

Çağla Boral is a paediatric physiotherapist specialising in sensory integration, neurodevelopmental rehabilitation and feeding therapy. She began working with neurodivergent children during her undergraduate studies at Yeditepe University and has since built a focused clinical practice grounded in evidence-based, family-centred care. At Zatay Medical she serves as both a paediatric physiotherapist and as Developmental Neurology Department Coordinator, delivering individualised, neuroscience-based therapy programmes that place the family at the heart of every clinical process. Şeyda Betül Bozkaya is a child development specialist. She completed her undergraduate degree in Child Development at İstanbul Medipol University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Child Development at the same university. She has clinical and internship experience across special-education and rehabilitation centres, a hospital child-development unit, and early-childhood settings. She is trained in a broad range of developmental assessment and intervention tools, including the Bayley-4, the Denver II Developmental Screening Test, the MOXO continuous-performance ADHD test, DIR®/Floortime (levels 101, 201 and 202), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), the ETEÇOM early-intervention programme, and the Integrated Sensory Toileting (IST) approach. Alongside a holistic view of child development, she has a particular interest in the analysis and projective interpretation of children's drawings as a window into their emotional, social and cognitive development. Aleyna Sena Altuğ

Occupational Therapist · Paediatric Rehabilitation

Aleyna Sena Altuğ is an occupational therapist working in paediatric rehabilitation. She trained in Occupational Therapy at Üsküdar University, where she began working with children showing neurodevelopmental differences, and from there developed a child-centred, family-focused clinical approach built around individualised intervention. She is an active clinician within the team's paediatric neurology practice, contributing to assessment, therapy planning and family counselling as part of a multidisciplinary approach. Child Development Specialist · Infant & Child Sleep Consultant

Seren Demir is a child development specialist with paediatric neurology clinic experience, working in developmental assessment, parent counselling and neurodevelopmental processes. She graduated with honours in Child Development from İstanbul Medipol University and has served as a child development specialist within the team's paediatric neurology practice since 2023, carrying out developmental assessment and follow-up, parent and family counselling, and play- and interaction-based developmental support, with experience working alongside neurodivergent children. She is continuing her training in infant and child sleep consultancy (IPHI) and offers holistic, family-centred sleep guidance as part of a multidisciplinary team. Asel Turgut is an occupational therapist with a strong focus on sensory integration and early neurodevelopmental support. She trained in Occupational Therapy at İstanbul Medipol University and is currently pursuing a thesis-track MSc in Occupational Therapy there, alongside undergraduate study in Child Development at İstanbul University. Ömer Okur

Ömer Okur is a paediatric physiotherapist who graduated from İstanbul Bilgi University in 2021. During his studies he completed an internship in robotic rehabilitation and trained to advanced level in English (EF-Cambridge C1–2), and also qualified as a yoga (YUP-300) and Pilates instructor. Since graduating he has specialised in working with infants and has delivered virtual-reality-based therapy. He works as a Cuevas MEDEK therapist, and alongside hands-on therapy he carries out gait analysis, detailed postural analysis and high-risk infant assessment.
